HE CAME TH RU THE DOOR OF G&G B-B-Q---DO YOU HAVE SOMEONES WALLET HERE? HE SAID I GOT A CALL TO COME HERE FOR MY WALLET---WE ALL SAID NO---NO WALLET HERE---GRANDSON CALLS GRAM PA AT HOME CAUSE HE OWNS THE B-B-Q----NOTHING THERE----ALL SHOOK UP MAN SAYS HE WAS COMING OUT OF THE GROCERY STORE AND SPIED A PENNY ON THE GROUND---STOOPED TO PICK IT UP---ONLY 99 TO GO FOR A DOLLAR!!!!---HE WENT TO HIS BANK TO TAKE OUT SOME MONEY----HIS WALLET WAS GONE!!!---HE LOOKED AND LOOKED---HIS WIFE WAS "ON" HIM ABOUT THE WHOLE INCIDENT----HE REPORTED HIS CREDIT CARDS----"SOME ONE ACROSS THE ROAD FLAGGED "ALL SHOOK UP" MAN---AND TOLD HIM THEY HAD FOUND THE WALLET IN THE GARBAGE----MONEY GONE SOCIAL SECURITY CARD ALL GONE----WE ALL AT THE SQUATTERS MEETING WERE SYMPATHETIC TO HIS PLIGHT----ALL KINDS OF ADVICE WAS OFFERED----HE SAYS HE WILL NOTIFY SOCIAL SECURITY IN THE MORNING----HE EVEN BOUGHT A NEW WALLET---A NICE ONE HE NO LONGER NEEDS---

Well hi y all---you know what?---I would make a great "bag lady"--I could live anywhere---if it is in the South and the weather was warm!--We were discussing this very same thing at our favourite little B-B-Que place in a town near here. Miss June could join me and we could head to Key West---how ever it would take a while to get there---we are not "spring chickens" you know! Just like the old days--hobos jumping the box cars. With the economy like it is going , maybe we better start training right away----what to pack?hmmmm---what do you think?

Tradition

My grand daughter and her family spent the weekend with us. I was able to share with her our family history. I am Finnish.
